本文报道3例性腺原发性绒癌,其合体滋养细胞内β-hCG呈阳性反应(++～+++)。性腺原发性绒癌极罕见,预后差。本文结合文献复习并讨论本病几种起源的可能性。
This article reports 3 cases of gonadal primary choriocarcinoma, the syncytiotrophoblast β-hCG positive reaction (++ ~ +++). Gonadal primary choriocarcinoma is extremely rare, the prognosis is poor. This article reviews the literature and discusses the possibility of several origins of the disease.
