目的 观察注入内毒素后犬体温及血清中相应细胞因子水平动态变化.方法 12只比格犬分为实验组(8只)和对照组(4只).实验组静脉注射内毒素制造内毒素血症模型,对照组注射等量生理盐水,之后在相应的时间点测量肛温,并取血监测血清中内毒素及细胞因子的水平.结果 实验组的内毒素水平在造模后24 h达到峰值(306.56±10.57)EU/mL,随后下降,96 h时内毒素为(3.11±1.41)EU/mL,与造模前(0.048±0.017)EU/mL相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).实验组体温上升并达峰值(40.2±0.26)℃,48 h后又下降,对照组体温趋于平稳.实验组细胞因子TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平在造模后开始上升,达峰值后下降.结论 造模后体温和细胞因子随血液中内毒素水平的变化而变化.“,”Objective To observe the changes of body temperature and serum cytokines in beagle dogs after endotoxin injection. Methods A total of 12 beagle dogs were divided into an experimental group (n=8) and a control group (n=4). The experimental group was injected with endotoxin for modeling, while the control group was injected with normal saline. Then, the anal temperature was measured at the corresponding time points, and the levels of serum endotoxin and cytokines were monitored. Results The level of endotoxin in the experimental group reached the peak [(306.56 ± 10.57) Eu/ml] 24 h after modeling and then decreased to (3.11±1.41) Eu/ml 96 h after modeling, which were statistical different from the levels before modeling (0.048 ± 0.017) Eu/ml (P<0.05). For the experimental group, the body temperature was increased and reached the peak (40.2±0.26)℃, and then decreased 48 h after modeling and tended to be stable. The experimental group showed increases in the levels of TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6 and IL-8 after modeling and reached the peak before decreased. Conclusions The body temperature and cytokines change after modeling as the level of endotoxin changes.
