250CSX—74型医用超声波洗手机,是为医疗单位做手术前洗手消毒而设计制造的专用设备。其主要性能是利用超声波的机械效应,化学效应以及空化效应,达到清洗杀菌的目的。消毒液在超声波的协同作用下,实现快速灭菌,由于超声波槽底部所用的晶体换能器具有压电效应这一特性。因此通电的晶体则会发生振幅相等的压缩和拉伸,这就是超声波的机械效应。这种效应很强烈,频率高,振幅大,药液间分子碰撞既激烈又频繁,在碰撞的过程中,药液温度升高,分离面产生摩擦作用,从而引起局部高温、高压产生电离,气泡共振等作用,最终达到药液的杀菌能力。
