目的了解上海某生活垃圾综合处理场在日常运行时的职业病危害情况,对填埋处理的工程控制措施效果进行分析,为职业病危害防控提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、工程控制措施调查、职业卫生检测等方法进行分析。结果该生活垃圾综合处理场日常运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素主要有硫化氢、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳和噪声等。2012—2014年各岗位主要职业病危害因素监测合格率均达100%。结论该生活垃圾填埋处理场严格按规范的工程控制措施作业,辅以个体防护等管理措施,所采取的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards in daily operation of a domestic waste comprehensive treatment plant in Shanghai and analyze the effect of engineering control measures for landfill disposal so as to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational hazards. Methods The methods of occupational health field investigation, engineering control measures investigation and occupational health examination were used to analyze. Results The main occupational hazards in the daily operation of the MSW farmland were hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and noise. In 2012-2014, the qualified rate of major occupational hazards in all posts was 100%. Conclusion The municipal solid waste landfill site operates strictly in accordance with normative engineering control measures, supplemented by individual protection and other management measures, and the occupational hazards control measures taken are feasible and effective.
