基层队伍是电网企业经济效益的直接创造者,是全局工作的着眼点和落脚点。基层员工的工作积极性在很大程度上影响企业的未来发展,激发个体活力、发掘员工的潜能和价值,是时下人力资源管理的关键。文章从传统组织运行规律出发,结合“三集五大”战略体系对人力资源管理的要求,就如何激发基层员工活力,提升他们的工作积极性提出了一些新的见解。
The grass-roots team is the direct creator of the economic benefits of power grids, and is the focus and end point of the overall work. The enthusiasm of grass-roots employees to a great extent affect the future development of enterprises, stimulate individual vitality and explore the potential and value of staff is the key to human resources management nowadays. Based on the operating rules of traditional organizations and combining with the requirements of human resource management in the “three sets and five major” strategic systems, the article puts forward some new opinions on how to stimulate grass-roots employee vitality and enhance their work enthusiasm.
