加热炉炉压系统具有强耦合、大滞后、非线性时变的特点,传统的PID炉压控制系统存在压力波动大且不易稳定的缺陷。为此,设计了一个基于二维模糊控制并与传统PID算法相结合的混合型模糊PID控制系统,既具有模糊控制灵活、适应性强的优点,又具有PID控制精度高的特点。该控制系统在某钢铁公司棒线厂加热炉上投运后,提高了炉压的响应速度和控制精度。
Furnace furnace pressure system has the characteristics of strong coupling, large lag, and nonlinear time-varying. The traditional PID furnace pressure control system has the defects of large pressure fluctuation and unstable stability. Therefore, a hybrid fuzzy PID control system based on two-dimensional fuzzy control and traditional PID algorithm is designed, which not only has the advantages of flexible control and strong adaptability, but also has the advantages of high PID control accuracy. The control system in a steel company wire and cable factory heating furnace put into operation, improved furnace pressure response speed and control accuracy.
