通过分析我国建筑业效率低下、管理落后的原因,提出了提高效率解决当前困境的重点在于实现建设项目的全生命周期管理。本文对BLM理念进行论述后,指出其实现的关键在于BIM技术。从建设项目管理特点和BIM技术优势的分析中,构建了基于BIM技术的建设工程全生命周期管理的应用体系,并针对该应用体系作了详细解释。最后,针对国内发展现状和需求,提出了几点实现BIM全生命周期管理的解决策略和建议。
By analyzing the causes of inefficient construction and backward management in China's construction industry, this paper puts forward that the key point of improving efficiency and solving the current predicament is to realize the whole life-cycle management of construction projects. After discussing the concept of BLM, this article points out that the key to its realization lies in BIM technology. From the analysis of construction project management features and the advantages of BIM technology, the application system of construction project life cycle management based on BIM technology is constructed and the application system is explained in detail. Finally, according to the status quo and demand of domestic development, some solutions and suggestions to achieve BIM life cycle management are put forward.
