医院凝聚力是医院全体员工共同的理想追求、共同的责任使命、共同的思想文化和价值观念的集中体现,是医院活力与实力的重要标志。在市场经济条件下,医院有无竞争力,对医疗市场有无应变力,最终反映体现在医院有无凝聚力上。如何增强医院的凝聚力,成为医院持续超常规发展的核心问题和重要课题。根据我院这些年的工作实践,现就在新世纪新阶段面临的新任务,医院如何增强职工凝聚力谈几点粗浅的认识。
Hospital cohesion is the hospital’s staff all the common ideal of the pursuit of a common responsibility and mission, common ideology and culture and values of the concentrated expression of the vitality and strength of the hospital is an important symbol. In a market economy, whether the hospital is competitive, whether there is any change in the medical market, and ultimately reflected in the presence or absence of cohesion in the hospital. How to enhance the cohesion of a hospital has become a key issue and an important issue for the sustained and unconventional development of the hospital. According to the practice of our hospital in these years, it is now time for some new tasks confronting the new phase of the new century and how the hospital should enhance the cohesion of workers and staff to find out some superficial knowledge.
