滴虫性阴道炎是妇科常见的生殖道炎症之一,灭滴灵治疗效果不很满意,易复发。我院自1995～1997年使用爱宝疗治疗滴虫性阴道炎患者80例,并以灭滴灵治疗80例作对照,前者效果满意。 1.对象与方法 160例均经门诊与实验室检查诊断为滴虫性阴道炎的已婚妇女。治疗组80例选用德国百克顿制药厂(Byk Gulclen)生产的爱宝疗(albothyl)浓缩液及阴道栓剂。爱宝疗的活性成分是聚甲酚磺醛(polieresnlen)1g浓缩液含360mg,1枚阴道栓剂含90mg。对照组80例采用灭滴灵+硼酸粉。 治疗方法 于月经干净后3天开始用药。治疗组:先以1:5稀释液冲洗阴道,并擦净阴道内的分泌物,再用爱宝疗浓缩液浸润的棉球涂擦阴道壁,每日1次,连用3天,以后晚间阴道内放置1枚阴道栓剂,隔日1次,
