随机生产模拟传统的等效电量函数法使用的是等效持续负荷曲线,丢失了时间信息,不利于应用在抽水蓄能电站的运行模拟。提出了有效容量分布累积量法用于抽水蓄能电站优化调度的方法,建立基于经济性与可靠性目标函数的调度模型后,利用负荷曲线分解技术对负荷曲线进行削峰填谷,再在时序负荷曲线上应用累积量法进行运算,求出各发电机组发电量和可靠性指标。特点是避免使用等效有效容量分布曲线的尾部信息,可计及负荷预测的不确定性和抽水蓄能机组的强迫停运率。算例结果证明该方法适用于抽水蓄能电站这类时间相关类、给定电量类电源的优化调度。
Stochastic simulation of the traditional equivalent function method using the equivalent continuous load curve, the loss of time information is not conducive to the application of pumped storage power plant operation simulation. The method of cumulative capacity of effective capacity distribution for optimal scheduling of pumped storage power plant is proposed. After the scheduling model based on the objective function of economy and reliability is established, load curve decomposition technique is used to load-cut the load curve, Cumulative method is applied to the load curve to calculate the generating capacity and reliability of each generating set. The feature is to avoid using the tail of the equivalent effective capacity distribution curve, taking into account the uncertainty of load forecasting and the forced outage rate of pumped storage units. The results of the example show that this method is suitable for the time-dependent class of pumped-storage power plants and the optimal dispatching of a given power source.
