探讨了越南国家图书馆与东盟国家图书馆数字资源共享的必要性、可行性及其障碍,评介了近年越南国家图书馆与东盟国家图书馆在国际合作与资源共享领域的重要进展。建议跨国数字资源共享项目进一步克服语言障碍、争取基金支持、成立行业组织、制定共享标准、建立法律框架、提升人员素质等。 This paper discusses the necessity, feasibility and obstacles of digital resource sharing between Vietnamese National Library and ASEAN National Library and reviews the important progress made by Vietnam National Library and ASEAN National Library in international cooperation and resource sharing in recent years. It is suggested that the project of transnational digital resources sharing further overcome the language barrier, strive for fund support, establish industry organizations, establish sharing standards, establish a legal framework and enhance the quality of personnel.
