目的 研究用中西医结合的方法治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎。方法 :(1)散瞳是局部治疗的关键 ,防止并拉开虹膜后粘连用 1～ 2 %阿托品溶液或眼膏。 (2 )局部用 0 .5 %可的松眼药水配合结膜下注射激素并口服激素。 (3)中医治疗 :用熊胆开明片 (含熊胆粉、石决明、菌花、枸杞子、泽泻、茺蔚子、龙胆草等 ) ,每片含量为 0 .35 g,具有抗炎、抑菌、镇痛作用 ,有清热、平肝、利胆、明目之功效。结果 2 6例患者经治疗 ,一疗程有效率达 84.9% ,二疗程有效率92 .3%。结论 中西医结合治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎效果显著 ,值得进一步推广。
