顶驱系统是新型模块钻机的关键装备,其安全可靠的服役直接关系到模块钻机的安全稳定作业。采用FMEA对模块钻机顶驱系统的潜在故障模式进行了分析,对各故障模式的风险数进行了评估,其中干涉故障和渗油故障的风险优先数最高;基于ALARP原则,确定了顶驱系统潜在故障模式的风险数划分标准,并对各故障模式进行了风险等级分类,其中高风险故障占32%,必须立即采取措施整改或降低高风险区故障模式的风险优先数。
The top drive system is the key equipment of the new module drilling rig. Its safe and reliable service is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the module drilling rig. The potential failure modes of top drive system of module rig were analyzed by FMEA, and the risk numbers of each failure mode were evaluated. Among them, the risk priority number of interference failure and oil leakage fault was the highest. Based on ALARP principle, the potential of top drive system And the failure modes are classified according to the risk level. Among them, 32% are high-risk faults, and immediate measures must be taken to rectify or reduce the risk priority of failure modes in high-risk areas.
