我厂是一个综合性的机械制造厂,主要产品有轻工机械、锅炉、电梯、连杵等,现有职工1,700余人。党的十一届三中全会以来,采取了一系列改革措施,逐步推行现代化管理方法,狠抓经营管理工作,在原材科、燃料、运输涨价。在一个分厂遭受特大水灾和一个分厂多年亏损的不利情况下,经济效益仍不断提高。1979~1984年利润平均递增11%,被评为1984年大连市先进单位和文明工厂。1985年工业总产值、利润等主要指标均超额完成计划,出现了效益增长大于产值增长的好势头。现将我们抓经济效益的作法。
