目的探讨2型糖尿病与骨质疏松间的内在联系。方法使用DPX2L双能骨密度X线测量仪测定40例2型糖尿病患者及20例健康对照者正位腰椎(L2~4)和左侧股骨近端neck、ward、troch区骨密度。测定2型糖尿病患者的血钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶及C肽水平。结果 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松组的C肽释放曲线下面积(AUC)低于未合并骨质疏松组(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者的骨密度与胰岛功能有关,胰岛功能明显减退者骨密度亦明显降低,易患骨质疏松。
Objective To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods The BMD of neck, ward, troch in the anterior lumbar spine (L2 ~ 4) and proximal femur of 40 type 2 diabetics and 20 healthy controls were measured by DPX2L dual energy bone mineral density X-ray apparatus. Determination of type 2 diabetes in patients with blood calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and C-peptide levels. Results The area under the curve of C peptide release (AUC) in type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis was lower than that in patients without osteoporosis (P <0.01). Conclusions BMD in type 2 diabetic patients is related to islet function, and islet density is significantly decreased in patients with markedly decreased pancreatic islet function and is predisposed to osteoporosis.
