采用连续轧制的变形方式制备了不同规格TC4钛合金棒材,主要分析了不同加热温度下材料显微组织的均匀性。结果表明,930和970℃两种温度轧制的TC4钛合金□45mm材料内外组织差异大;随着棒材规格减小,棒材组织更均匀、更细小;两种轧制温度的棒材性能均符合GB 13810标准要求,最小规格Ф11.5 mm棒材强度与塑性都优于其他规格,综合性能优良。
The TC4 titanium alloy rods with different specifications were prepared by the continuous rolling deformation method. The homogeneity of the microstructure of the TC4 steel was analyzed at different heating temperatures. The results show that the TC4 titanium alloy □ 45mm rolled at 930 ℃ and 970 ℃ has a large difference between the inside and the outside. The bar structure is more uniform and smaller with the reduction of the bar size. The bar properties of the two rolling temperatures Are in line with the requirements of GB 13810 standards, the minimum size Ф11.5 mm bar strength and plastic are superior to other specifications, excellent overall performance.
