随着我国经济的高速发展和社会的急剧变革,由长时间劳动导致的“过度劳动”成为一个新的社会问题和研究课题。本文首先分析了过劳研究的时代背景以及“疲劳”、“过劳”“过劳死”等概念及其关系,接着以江苏某制造企业为例,用日本最新疲劳量表进行疲劳、蓄积性疲劳程度的自测,并从工作生活平衡角度分析疲劳要因。在此基础上,从作业负荷的改善、作业编成和时间要因的调整、休息休养的确保和生活条件的改善及进行健康管理等方面,提出防止过劳的一般对策建议,并就新技术条件下的过劳预防,提出职场的工效学改善对策等新自勺技术方法,旨在为我国过劳研究提供参考。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the drastic changes in society, “over-labor” caused by prolonged labor has become a new social problem and a research topic. This paper first analyzes the background of overwork study and the concepts of “fatigue”, “overwork” and “overworking” and their relations. Then, taking a manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu as an example, Table fatigue, cumulative fatigue degree of self-test, and work-life balance from the perspective of fatigue causes. On the basis of this, we put forward the general countermeasures to prevent overwork from the aspects of the improvement of work load, the adjustment of work schedule and time, the assurance of rest and recuperation, the improvement of living conditions and the health management. Under the prevention of overwork, put forward the workplace ergonomics and other new measures to improve the spoon from the technical methods designed to provide reference for the study of overwork in our country.
