网络技术和信息数字化技术的日益发展和完善使得数字化出版成为期刊发展的未来,而数字化人才是实现期刊数字化良好发展的最关键要素,期刊的组稿、审稿、编辑校对、出版发行、传播交流、宣传服务等整个过程中的每一个环节都离不开数字化人才。然而目前我国既懂数字技术又懂期刊运作规律的复合型人才并不多,这与期刊数字化的快速发展很不相适应。为此,要从思想、制度和行动等方面采取多管齐下的战略举措,加快数字化人才的培养。
