目的 探讨自我效能理论下的伴侣参与式护理对产妇心理状态及母乳喂养自我效能影响.方法 纳入92例产妇研究(2020年01月~2020年10月),按1∶1的比例分为对照组(n=46,选用常规护理)、观察组(n=46,选用自我效能理论下的伴侣参与式护理),统计两组自我效能、喂养知识掌握度、纯母乳喂养情况以及心理状态.结果 ①自我效能:观察组高于对照组,组间对比P<0.05.②喂养知识掌握度:观察组(95.65%)高于对照组(82.61%),组间对比P<0.05.③纯母乳喂养情况:观察组产后3d(86.96%)、1个月(97.83%)、6个月(82.61%)高于对照组(67.39%、82.61%、63.04%),组间对比P<0.05.④心理状态:观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)34.62±4.94分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)33.45±6.91分低于对照组,组间对比P<0.05.结论 自我效能理论下的伴侣参与式护理在产妇护理中效果确切,可改善产妇自我效能及心理状态,亦可提高喂养知识掌握度及纯母乳喂养率,值得借鉴.“,”Objective To explore the influence of partner-participatory nursing under the theory of self-efficacy on the mental state of parturients and breastfeeding self-efficacy. Methods A study of 92 parturients (from January 2020 to October 2020) was enrolled and divided into a control group(n=46, using routine care) and an observation group (n=46, using self-efficacy theory) at a ratio of 1∶1. Results ① Self-efficacy: The observation group was higher than the control group, and the comparison between the groups was P<0.05. ② Mastery of feeding knowledge: The observation group (95.65%) was higher than the control group (82.61%), and the comparison between groups was P<0.05. ③ The situation of exclusive breastfeeding: The observation group was higher than the control group (82.61%) at 3 days (86.96%), January (97.83%), and June (82.61%) after delivery. The comparison between the groups was P<0.05. ④ Psychological status: self-rating depression scale (SDS) 34.62±4.94 points and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) 33.45±6.91 points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the comparison between groups was P<0.05. Conclusion The partner-participatory nursing under the theory of self-efficacy has a definite effect in maternal care. It can improve self-efficacy and mental state, and can also improve the mastery of feeding knowledge and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding. It is worth learning.
