本文介绍了机床焊接结构的特点及提高其动刚度的方法，讨论了焊接结构中的残余应力对机床精度的影响，并提出了采用分级加工工艺提高机床精度的方法。
This paper introduces the characteristics of the welding structure of the machine tool and the method to improve its dynamic stiffness. The influence of the residual stress in the welded structure on the precision of the machine tool is discussed. The method to improve the precision of the machine tool by using the classification processing technology is proposed.
