绩效考核在企业管理中的重要性是毋庸置疑的.特别是对于中国IT服务企业来说。但是如何把绩效考核落到实处,发挥绩效考核的作用,一直困扰着企业的经营管理者。本文作者根据跨国IT服务企业的运营管理实践和经验,结合中国IT服务企业的现状.建议中国IT服务企业构建财务管理模型,建立以项目为对象、以财务为核心的运营管理体系,并给出了该体系下的一套完整的绩效考核参考方案。
The importance of performance appraisal in business management is beyond doubt, especially for Chinese IT services companies. However, how to put the performance appraisal into practice and play the role of performance appraisal has plagued the managers of enterprises. According to the operation and management experience of multinational IT service companies and the current situation of China’s IT service enterprises, the author suggests that Chinese IT service enterprises construct financial management models and set up an operation management system based on projects and finance as the core, The system under a complete set of performance appraisal reference program.
