随着全球经济一体化进程的推进,企业间的竞争已不再局限于一个国家或地区,必须在全球范围进行资源的再配置,形成保持持续发展的竞争力。隐性知识由于其难以阐明、模仿、复制、传播及共享,在生产活动中往往针对具体的工作或流程,被认为是企业保持持续竞争优势的重要来源。隐性知识的转化及在成员之间的共享,是组织知识创新的关键环节,更是组织生存和发展的核心竞争力所在。文章在阐述隐性知识内涵的基础上,对隐性知识在企业技能型员工成长过程中的作用进行分析,对其获取路径进行了探讨,并提出相关建议。
With the progress of the global economic integration, the competition among enterprises is no longer confined to one country or region. Therefore, it is necessary to reallocate resources on a global scale to form a competitive edge in sustaining development. Tacit knowledge, because it is difficult to clarify, imitate, copy, disseminate and share, is often regarded as a specific source of work or process in production activities and is considered as an important source of sustainable competitive advantage. The transformation of tacit knowledge and the sharing among members are the key links in the organization of knowledge innovation and the core competitiveness of the organization’s existence and development. On the basis of expounding the connotation of tacit knowledge, the article analyzes the role of tacit knowledge in the process of the growth of talented employees and probes into its acquisition path, and puts forward some suggestions.
