制动轮和摩擦衬片的间隙标准为制动轮直径的1/150~1/200,但随着磨损,间隙会变大;由于热膨胀,轮子直径也变化,会影响制动效果。另外,过度受热会降低摩擦系数,使衬片变质,一般不应超过材质的耐热温度(铁质石棉的耐热温度约150℃)。在制动面落有粉尘或由于衬片的磨损使铆钉头接触制动轮时,制动面出现伤痕,制动面不平度达2mm时应对制动轮修整或更换新的。
The standard clearance between brake wheel and friction lining is 1/150 ~ 1/200 of the diameter of brake wheel. However, the gap will increase with wear. Due to thermal expansion, the wheel diameter will also change, which will affect the braking effect. In addition, overheating will reduce the friction coefficient, the lining deterioration, generally should not exceed the heat-resistant temperature of the material (iron asbestos heat-resistant temperature of about 150 ℃). When the braking surface roughness is up to 2mm, the brake wheel should be trimmed or replaced.
