众所周知,基础教育课程改革的核心环节是课程改革。课程改革的核心环节是课堂教学改革。课堂教学改革的核心环节是教师的专业发展。研究调查表明,从全球看,我国的基础教育水平不错,但教学效率不高。究其原因,最大的阻碍是传统意识。新课标告诉我们,教师是学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。因此,教师本身首先要树立终身学习的意识,加强教育理论学习,转变教学观念,重新认识、处理新课程下的教与学的关系,充分发挥学生的学习主动性,使学生真正成为学习的主人,努力提高教师自身的素质,学会扬弃,使学生每一堂课获益最大,把学生培养成为具有可持续发展的人,扎实提高课堂教学的有效性。
As we all know, the core of curriculum reform in basic education is curriculum reform. The core of curriculum reform is classroom teaching reform.
