在当前形势下,怎样加强企业思想道德文化建设,把精神文明建设各项任务落到实处,推动企业两个文明共同发展?兰州车站在这方面进行了有益的探索和实践。活动的产生1995年底,一份来自站团委的关于青工素质普遍偏低的调查报告引起了兰州车站党委的高度重视。全站职工综合素质到底如何?带着这个疑问,站党委对全站职工进行了一次摸底调查。他们以思想道德文化建设为主题,列出25个方面共计129个小项的间题,对全站4个车间的110名干部职工进行问卷调查。结果发现,只有22.7%的职工认为应该通过个人的品学和技能来致富;9.6%的职工人生品位目标定向不高,追求享乐、实用甚至自私的思想严
