目的总结临床护理管理工作中实施分层次管理的价值。方法选取我院2013年10月~2014年10月护理工作人员100名作为实验对象,并进行随机分组,各50名。实验组护理人员采取分层次管理,参照组护理人员采取常规管理。对比护理人员护理工作满意度、工作积极性以及护理人员管理实施前后护理理论知识评分、操作技能评分。结果:组间管理前护理理论知识评分以及操作技能评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施管理后实验组护理理论知识评分、操作技能评分均高于实施前以及参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,组间护理满意度、工作积极性对比,实验组优势明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理人员实施分层次管理可以综合提高护理人员的知识水平以及操作技能,在为患者提供临床护理服务的同时提高患者护理满意度,是提高临床护理质量的有效方法之一,建议在管理工作中实施推广。
Objective To summarize the value of implementing hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods A total of 100 nursing staff from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into groups of 50. The experimental group of nursing staff to take a hierarchical management, reference group of nursing staff to take routine management. The nursing staff nursing job satisfaction, work enthusiasm and nurses management before and after the implementation of nursing theoretical knowledge score, operating skills score. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in theoretical knowledge score and operation skill score before management (P> 0.05). After the implementation of management, experimental group nursing theoretical knowledge score, operational skills score were higher than before and the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, inter-group nursing satisfaction, work enthusiasm contrast, experimental group obvious advantages, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions It is an effective way to improve the quality of clinical nursing that nursing staff can implement comprehensive nursing staff’s knowledge level and operation skills by providing different levels of nursing staff management.
