二十碳烯酸是一组可溶性脂类炎症介质前列腺素、白三烯等的总称。它们共同起源于花生四烯酸(AA)——一种含20个碳原子不饱和脂肪酸。AA从细胞内磷脂释出,至少有三种酶参与磷脂释放AA。证据显示,AA特异性磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)可促进细胞膜释放AA。在PLA_2作用下,AA从细胞膜磷脂C-2位游离出来。游离AA主要通过两条代谢途径,环氧化酶途径和脂氧化酶途径,转变为二十碳烯酸类脂类炎症介质。
Eicosenoic acid is a group of soluble lipid inflammatory mediators prostaglandins, leukotrienes and other generic. They all originate from arachidonic acid (AA), a 20-carbon unsaturated fatty acid. AA is released from intracellular phospholipids and at least three enzymes are involved in phospholipid release AA. Evidence shows that AA-specific phospholipase A_2 (PLA_2) can promote cell membrane release of AA. Under the action of PLA 2, AA is released from the C-2 position of the cell membrane phospholipid. Free AA mainly through two metabolic pathways, cyclooxygenase pathway and lipoxygenase pathway, into eicosanoid lipid inflammatory mediators.
