溃疡菌(DothiorelagregariaSac.)侵染能诱发杨树细胞壁中富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)的积累和木质素的沉积。不同品种间HRGP和木质素的积累量存在着差异,并与品种的抗病性呈正相关。抗病品种毛白杨细胞壁中HRGP和木质素的含量明显高于感病品种北京杨。受溃疡菌侵染后杨树细胞壁中HRGP的积累与木质素的沉积在时间进程上表现出了明显的同步性。由此可以认为,HRGP的积累和细胞壁的木质化与杨树对溃疡病的抗性反应有关,是寄主抗病反应的生化机制之一
Infection by DothiorelagregariaSac. Can induce the accumulation of hydroxyproline-rich glycoprotein (HRGP) and the deposition of lignin in poplar cell walls. There were differences in the accumulation of HRGP and lignin among different cultivars, which were positively correlated with the disease resistance of cultivars. The content of HRGP and lignin in Populus tomentosa cell population was significantly higher than that in susceptible variety Beijing Yang. The accumulation of HRGP and the deposition of lignin in the cell wall of poplar after infection by the ulcer bacteria showed obvious synchrony in time course. It can be concluded that the accumulation of HRGP and the lignification of cell wall are related to the resistance of poplar to ulcer disease and one of the biochemical mechanisms of the host resistance to disease
