利用 fluent 软件对扩散式旋风分离器排气管内的流场进行了数值模拟研究。通过对两种不同形式的排气管内流场的模拟分析,发现缩口型排气管内有强烈的旋流和回流区,不利于降低压力损失,而扩口型排气管有利于降低压力损失;并提出了一种双扩口型排气管,模拟计算结果表明,该形式的排气管比基本型排气管在分离效率基本不变的情况下能降低压力损失约为19%。
The fluent software is used to simulate the flow field in the exhaust cyclone. Through the simulation analysis of the flow field in the two different types of exhaust pipes, it is found that there is a strong swirl and recirculation zone in the reduced-size exhaust pipe, which is not conducive to reducing the pressure loss, while the flared exhaust pipe is beneficial to reduce the pressure loss ; And a double-flared exhaust pipe is proposed. The simulation results show that the exhaust pipe of this form can reduce the pressure loss by about 19% compared with the basic exhaust pipe under the condition of basically the same separation efficiency.
