目的本研究采用不同含锌量的饲料喂养SD大鼠,系统观察摄入不同剂量锌对大鼠生长发育的影响,为临床合理使用含锌药物及食用加锌保健品提供科学依据。方法采用单因素(Zn)多水平的组间比较设计实验,对80只健康SD大鼠(体重109.7±10.4g,雌雄各40只)随机分为5组,每天分别喂以不同剂量的含锌饲料,饲养40天,建立动物模型。测定和观察大鼠体重、脏器重量和脏器指数。用SPSS-10.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析。结果不同饲锌量对大鼠脏器重量影响不同,低锌和高锌组大鼠的体重变化量减少、股骨生长缓慢,饲料利用率与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05);心、肝、肾和睾丸的重量均轻于对照组;脾脏和脑的重量,以及心、肝、肾、脑和睾丸的脏器系数均大于对照组;脾脏的脏器系数小于对照组。除肾脏外,各脏器的脏器系数与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论锌摄入不足或过量都会影响大鼠的生长发育,饲料含锌150mg/Kg时,有利于大鼠的生长发育。
Objective To study the effect of different doses of zinc on the growth and development of rats, and to provide scientific basis for the rational use of zinc-containing drugs and edible plus zinc health products in rats. Methods Eighty healthy SD rats weighing 109.7 ± 10.4 g and 40 male and 40 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups by the single factor (Zn) multi-level inter-group comparison design. Each group was fed with different doses of zinc Feed for 40 days and establish animal model. The body weight, organ weight and organ index of rats were measured and observed. One-way analysis of variance was performed using SPSS-10.0 statistical software. Results Different doses of zinc had different effects on the weight of organs in rats. The changes of body weight of rats in low and high zinc groups decreased, the growth of femurs was slow and the feed utilization rate was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Heart and liver , Kidneys and testis weight were lighter than the control group; spleen and brain weight, and heart, liver, kidney, brain and testis organ coefficient greater than the control group; spleen organ coefficient was smaller than the control group. In addition to the kidneys, the viscera coefficient of each organ was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Inadequate or excessive zinc intake will affect the growth and development of rats. When the diet containing 150mg / kg zinc is beneficial to the growth and development of rats.
