在厂修C50型敞车时,根据以钢代木的要求,敞车的地板和端、墙板均须改为钢结构。这将显著地增加焊接工作量,每辆车的焊缝长度约450米,需用电焊条约120公斤。其电焊工作量约为整个车体钢结构检修量的37%。这样大的焊接工作量,如不采用合理的工艺方法控制变形,就会严重影响车辆底体架的尺寸精度和结构强度,从而使修车质量下降。由于端、墙板采用预制后组装的方法,对底体架的变形影响很小。本文仅对焊接地板引起的变形进行分析与研究。
In the factory repair C50 gondola, according to the requirements of steel on behalf of wood, gondola floor and end, wall panels must be changed to steel.
