甜菜是我省制糖的重要原料,近几年来发展很快,收购量逐年增加,但从黄羊镇糖厂十九个生产期甜菜损失来看,每年平均损失率达12.3%。最高的68年为17.8%,而84年损失率为15.1%,损失量为三万五千多吨,损失量已超过68年的收购量。造成经济损失达二、三百万元。为了降低甜菜收购期间、贮藏保管期间的损失,寻求较好的保管技术措施,特谈我省甜菜贮藏保管技术问题,以便为制定贮藏保管技术措施,降低甜菜损失,提供参考。
