目的:建立顽癣净中苯甲酸和水杨酸的HPLC测定方法。方法:样品经提取后采用HPLC法测定。采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(55∶45),检测波长为230 nm。结果:苯甲酸在0.0545—0.5450μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率101.5%,RSD=1.0%;水杨酸在0.0266~0.2655μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率99.8%,RSD=2.5%。结论:该法简便、灵敏度高。分离效果好,能同时测定苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量.较好的控制该品种的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in stubborn ringworm net by HPLC. Methods: Samples were extracted by HPLC method. Hypersil ODS2 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (55:45) and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: The linear range of benzoic acid was in the range of 0.0545-0.5450μg with the recovery of 101.5% and RSD = 1.0%. Salicylic acid showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0266-0.2655μg with a recovery of 99.8% and RSD = 2.5%. Conclusion: This method is simple and sensitive. Separation effect is good, can simultaneously determine the content of benzoic acid and salicylic acid. Better control of the quality of the variety.
