Eco-city is the strategy of human being to maintain its own existence and development in the 21st century. It protects resources and ecological environment; protects historical culture and local characteristics, and builds a new home of spiritual civilization. Urban ecosystems to establish a reasonable lifestyle development and cultural patterns, and guide the city’s future development and practical activities.
