本文对当前高职院校学生干部的特点及学生干部培训工作的现状进行分析,探究了学生干部培训模式的培训目标、培训原则和培训方式,以深圳职业技术学院IT团校为例,通过对培训对象、培训讲师、培训形式和培训内容等方面的创新尝试,探索新时期高职院校学生干部培训的新模式。 This paper analyzes the characteristics of student cadres and the current situation of student cadre training in vocational colleges, explores the training objectives, training principles and training methods of student cadre training patterns. Taking the IT college of Shenzhen Polytechnic as an example, Trainees, training lecturers, training forms and contents of training, to explore a new model of student cadre training in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
