目的观察CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后C形根管下颌第二磨牙的临床效果。方法选择C形根管下颌第二磨牙24例,进行完善根管治疗,进行CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复。术后即刻、6月及18月,参考美国公共健康会(USPHS)标准,对其临床效果进行观察。结果 CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体成功率高于90%。结论 CAD/CAM全瓷高嵌体修复C形根管下颌第二磨牙根管治疗后效果良好,值得在临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of CAD / CAM all-ceramic inlay on mandibular second molars after root canal treatment. Methods Twenty-four cases of C-shaped root canal mandibular second molars were selected for perfecting root canal treatment and CAD / CAM all-ceramic inlays were repaired. Immediately after surgery, in June and 18 months, according to the US Public Health Association (USPHS) standards, the clinical effect was observed. Results The success rate of CAD / CAM all-ceramic inlays was higher than 90%. Conclusion CAD / CAM all-ceramic inlay restoration of root canal of C-shaped root canal second mandibular root canal is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
