针对复杂机械产品因尺寸、结构等变化造成反复设计、修改、知识重用度低等问题,为提高机械产品快速响应市场的能力,在研究了模块化设计、变型设计及数据库技术等的基础上,给出了一种基于模块化划分的变型设计方法,并在AutoCAD和ANSYS的环境下,运用Visual C++开发语言,综合ARX编程技术,实现设计模型与分析模型的无缝集成,开发出了门式启闭机变型设计平台,验证了该方法的可行性。
In order to improve the ability of mechanical products to respond quickly to the market, aiming at the problems of repeated design, modification and low knowledge reuse caused by the change of size and structure of complex mechanical products, based on the research of modular design, variant design and database technology, A variant design method based on modular partitioning is given.
