我院从1953～1983年经手术和病理证实的睾丸精原细胞瘤共36例。原发病灶切除后主要采用放射治疗,少数病例加用化疗。5年生存率:14例Ⅰ期为100%;6例Ⅲ期为50%;1例Ⅱ期病人存活10年。本文着重讨论了放射治疗的适应证和照射方法。 There were 36 cases of testicular seminoma confirmed by surgery and pathology in our hospital from 1953 to 1983. After primary resection, radiotherapy was used, and a few cases were treated with chemotherapy. 5-year survival rate: 14 patients with I stage were 100%; 6 patients with stage III were 50%; 1 patient with stage II survived for 10 years. This article focuses on the indications and methods of radiation therapy.
