足球运动是一项对力量、速度、耐力等要求较高的同场对抗的集体性运动项目。因其具有对抗的激烈性、技术动作的高难性等,使得在进行足球运动过程中,运动员很容易受到身体上的伤害,发生运动损伤状况,这是由足球运动的特点与属性所决定的,发生运动损伤也是不可避免的。如何采取有效的预防措施,尽可能减少足球运动员的运动损伤,并在损伤以后迅速的采取有效的急救措施,以减小运动损伤对人体造成的伤害是每个足球运动员、教练员、管理者要解决的重要问题。本文主要探讨了影响高校足球运动员运动损伤的相关因素,提出减少高校足球运动员运动损伤的相关对策,希望对高校足球运动员运动损伤的预防有所帮助。
