彩铃业务作为一项由客户付费让别人感知的业务,具有病毒式的传播性质,一个客户使用彩铃,就可以使多个给其打电话的客户体验到彩铃,形成指数级的传播效果。因此在彩铃的导入期,[1](P56-128)主要任务是寻找种子客户,制造彩铃业务在客户群当中的病毒式传播效应。
