目的:研究金线吊乌龟茎叶中的生物碱类成分。方法:金线吊乌龟干燥茎叶粉末用95%乙醇溶液渗漉提取,减压回收乙醇,依次用石油醚和氯仿萃取,所得氯仿层浸膏利用微孔吸附树脂、正相、反相硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、聚酰胺等柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从金线吊乌龟茎叶中分离得到5个生物碱类成分,分别鉴定为:Stephasunoline(Ⅰ)、Aknadinine(Ⅱ)、离木明(Ⅲ)、尖防己碱(Ⅳ)和青藤碱(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从金线吊乌龟中分离得到,且化合物Ⅳ为首次从千金藤属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the alkaloids in the stems and leaves of the turtle. METHODS: Dried stems and leaves powder of golden turtle were infiltrated by 95% ethanol solution, ethanol was recovered under reduced pressure and extracted with petroleum ether and chloroform. The obtained chloroform layer extract was purified by microporous adsorption resin, normal phase and reverse phase silica gel, Sephadex, polyamide and other column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results: Five alkaloids were isolated from the stems and leaves of Schistosoma japonicum and identified as Stephasunoline (Ⅰ), Aknadinine (Ⅱ), Ligusticin (Ⅲ), tetrandrine (Ⅳ) and sinomenine (V). CONCLUSION: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated for the first time from the turtle, and compound Ⅳ was isolated from the genus Arctium for the first time.
