2006年是我国实现“十一五”规划的开局之年。轮胎行业在国家宏观政策的正确引导下和相关行业迅速发展的推动下．克服了天然橡胶等原材料价格前三个季度上涨很高等不利因素．经济运行情况总体是好的,各项主要指标呈两位数增长．实现了“十一五”发展的良好开局。
