目的：探讨应用双J管内引流治疗晚期直肠癌并发输尿管梗阻的临床疗效。方法：膀胱镜下或输尿管镜下置入双J管，治疗直肠癌晚期并发输尿管梗阻14例。结果：¨例患者治疗侧输尿管引流通畅，尿量明显增多，全身情况迅速改善。结论：双J管内引流操作简单，疗效明显，是解除此类梗阻的首选方法。“,”Purpose:To clarify the effectiveness of retrocatherization of double J tube indwelling in thetreatment of ureteral obstruction induced by rectal carcinoma. Methods:14 cases of rectal carcinoma with ureteralobstruction were treated with retrocatherization of double J tube indwelling by using cystoscope or ureteroscope.Results: The drainage effectiveness of double J tube were obvious in all 14 cases. The quantity of urinationincreased in all cases,and the general condition of each patient became much better after retrocatherization.Conclusion:Retrocatherization of double J tube indwelling is an effective method to relieve ureteral obstructioninduced by rectal carcinoma.
