1985年5月开始在部分全民所有制工业企业中进行厂长负责制的试点以来,取得了显著的效果。目前已有64％的全民所有制工业企业实行了厂长负责制。地矿部也是从1984年,在地勘单位推行队(厂)长负责制,同样取得了成效。实践证明,改革企业领导制度是搞好企业内部配套改革的首要环节,它既是深化企业改革的重要组成部分,也是政治体制改革的重要内容。
Since May 1985, the pilot project of director responsibility system has been carried out in some wholly state-owned industrial enterprises and achieved remarkable results. At present, 64% of state-owned industrial enterprises have adopted the responsibility system of director. Also from 1984, the Ministry of Geology and Minerals also implemented a long-term responsibility system for teams (factories) in geological exploration units and made similar achievements. Practice has proved that reforming the leadership system of enterprises is the first step in improving the internal reform of enterprises. It is both an important part of deepening the reform of enterprises and an important part of the political system reform.
