对原发性肾病综合征 (ＰＮＳ)患者用噻氯匹定(ｔｉｃｌｏｐｉｄｉｎｅ)进行抗血小板治疗 ,并观察其近期疗效 ,现报告如下。资料和方法　选择 1999年 6月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月在我院治疗的ＰＮＳ患者共 50例 ,男 2 3例 ,女 2 7例 ,平均年龄 30 0± 6 6岁 ,均符合一般的诊断标准 ,且 Anti-platelet therapy with ticlopidine in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) and to observe its short-term efficacy are reported below.
