学习英语要想成功,词汇学习是基础。因此,词汇教学也成为整个英语教学当中的重点。但是,在以往的传统翻译教学法、听说教学法及当今的交际教学法中,只有传统翻译教学法对词汇教学加以重视,也没有取得一定的成效,学生大部分都是死记一些英语单词,导致有些学生的英语水平处于一种停滞状态,甚至扼杀了学生学习英语的积极性与主动性。鉴于此现象本文主要集中于从石化现象来分析大学英语词汇教学,进一步提高学生的英语水平。
To learn English to be successful, vocabulary learning is the foundation. Therefore, vocabulary teaching has also become the focus of the entire English teaching. However, in the past, the traditional method of translation teaching, listening and speaking, and today’s communicative teaching method, only the traditional method of translation teaching has paid attention to vocabulary teaching and has not achieved certain results. Most of the students are memorizing some English words, As a result, some students have a stagnant level of English and even stifle their enthusiasm and initiative in learning English. In view of this phenomenon, this paper mainly focuses on the analysis of college English vocabulary teaching from the petrochemical phenomenon to further improve students’ English proficiency.
