目的探讨丙种球蛋白对病毒性心肌炎的治疗作用。方法采用静脉滴注丙种球蛋白 2 0 0～ 40 0 mg/( kg·d) ,连用 1周 ,观察治疗效果。结果应用丙种球蛋白 1周后 ,血清 Ig G,Ig M增高显者 ,Ig A增高不明显 ,T、B淋巴细胞增生功能较治疗前明显提高。其临床症状、心电图、心肌酶谱、平均住院日的缩短均优于对照组。结论丙种球蛋白治疗心肌炎疗效显著 ,副作用少
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of gamma globulin on viral myocarditis. Methods The intravenous infusion of gamma globulin 200 ~ 40 0 mg / (kg · d), once a week, to observe the therapeutic effect. Results One week after application of gamma globulin, the serum IgG and IgM were significantly increased, whereas IgA was not significantly increased. The proliferation of T and B lymphocytes was significantly higher than that before treatment. The clinical symptoms, ECG, myocardial enzymes, average length of stay shorter than the control group. Conclusion gamma globulin treatment of myocarditis significant effect, less side effects
