劳动关系是社会和谐的晴雨表。工会的存在与发展,以劳动关系的存在与发展为客观依据,协调劳动关系,代表职工寻求与企业、资方表达利益、避免冲突、协商一致。当前形势下,协调劳动关系是中国工会的重要使命。工会组织应义不容辞地担负起自己的历史责任,坚定地站在协调劳动关系的最前列,通过健全机制、强化手段、加强沟通、具体维护等方式,不断化解劳资矛盾,促进建立企业和谐稳定的劳动关系。
Labor relations is a barometer of social harmony. The existence and development of labor unions depend on the existence and development of labor relations as objective basis, coordination of labor relations, representation of staff and workers, expression of benefits by employers and employers, avoidance of conflicts and consensus. Under the current circumstances, coordinating labor relations is an important mission of the Chinese trade unions.
