目的:为苦苣苔科蛛毛苣苔属植物锈色蛛毛苣苔和白花蛛毛苣苔的开发利用提供性状与显微鉴别资料。方法:采用来源鉴定、显微鉴定的方法对锈色蛛毛苣苔和白花蛛毛苣苔根状茎和叶进行鉴别研究。结果:锈色蛛毛苣苔和白花蛛毛苣苔根状茎横切面无明显区别,叶柄横切面上环状排列的外韧维管束的数目不同;锈色蛛毛苣苔根状茎粉末中有少量油细胞,叶粉末中有平轴式气孔、较多的挥发油、螺纹导管和梯纹导管;白花蛛毛苣苔根状茎粉末有螺纹导管和环纹导管,叶粉末中有不定式气孔、螺纹导管。结论:该实验生药研究的组织特征及粉末鉴别特征可作为这两种药用植物质量标准的主要鉴定依据。
OBJECTIVE: To provide traits and microscopic identification data for the development and utilization of rust-colored spider-billed moss and white-headed spider-billed genus of Gesnerchiaceae. METHODS: The identification and microscopic identification methods were used to identify the rhizomes and leaves of rust-colored spiderwood and white spider apricot. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the cross section of the rhizomes between the rusty spiderwood and the white spider apricot, and the number of the externally arranged tough vascular bundles on the cross-section of the petioles was different. The rhizome of the spider was born in the rhizome powder of the rust. There are a small number of oil cells, there are flat-axis pores, more volatile oil, thread catheters, and ladder catheters in the leaf powder; rhizome powder of white spider spiders has threaded catheters and ring-shaped catheters, and there are indefinite pores in the leaf powder. Threaded catheters. Conclusion: The tissue characteristics and powder identification characteristics of the experimental crude drug study can be used as the main identification criteria for the quality standards of the two medicinal plants.
