各型导轨的基本精度都是指以下三项:1.垂直平面内不直度;2.水平面内不直度(弯曲度);3.垂直平面内不平行度(扭曲度)。其中垂直平面内不直度和扭曲度,都可以用水平仪侧定;而长导轨弯曲度的测定,则往往由于设备条件的限制而被忽视,或者因为在概念上理解不清,而做出错误的判断。由于此项精度直接关系到加工零件的精度,如果在机床修理或安装过程中,不做测定或测定不当,则有可能给生产上留下严重隐患。
